By accessing or using the AURAX service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including waitlist members, beta testers, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

AURAX is an AI-powered personal assistant that operates through WhatsApp. The Service helps users manage daily tasks including, but not limited to: scheduling appointments, making phone calls, coordinating family activities, managing finances, planning travel, and handling administrative tasks.

AURAX operates on a permission-based model — it suggests options and only takes action upon your explicit confirmation. Over time, AURAX learns your preferences to provide more personalized assistance.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have an active WhatsApp account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for tasks you delegate to AURAX
• Review and confirm actions before AURAX executes them on your behalf
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Not use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others

5. Actions on Your Behalf

When you authorize AURAX to perform tasks (such as booking appointments, making calls, or sending messages), you acknowledge that:

• AURAX acts as your authorized representative for the specific task
• You are ultimately responsible for commitments made through AURAX
• AURAX will always seek your confirmation before executing significant actions
• Third-party service providers may have their own terms and conditions

6. Limitation of Liability

AURAX is an AI assistant and, while designed to be highly accurate, may occasionally make errors. We are not liable for:

• Errors in scheduling, booking, or communication made by the AI
• Actions taken by third-party service providers contacted through AURAX
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its technology, design, branding, and content, is owned by AURAX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
